Contact our Admissions Department at at (661) 323-5500; select 3 for Inpatient Admissions; select 4 for Outpatient Admissions. One of our Admission Representatives will assist in facilitating the screening of the patient and coordinate transfer to our hospital.

Home Evaluation
The hospital provides no cost home screenings for individuals who might benefit from rehabilitation. To facilitate a screening, the individual, a family member or a healthcare professional can call (661) 323-5500 (select 3 for Inpatient Admissions) to request a home evaluation. A liaison will visit the individual's home, complete the screening and make appropriate recommendations.

Insurance
Rehabilitation is covered in full or part by most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. The hospital has contracts with most major insurance companies and is willing to negotiate with other companies as needed.
