| Chris Yoon, M.D., graduated from the Yonsei University College of Medicine in Seoul, Korea, and completed his residency at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine in New York City. In addition to operating a private practice, Dr. Yoon has been the medical director of Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital since 1993. |

| Janette brings more than 10 years of clinical experience in acute rehabilitation to HealthSouth Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital. A Kern County native, she graduated from California State University Fresno with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical therapy. She enjoys motivating patients to achieve their goals by helping them regain hope and confidence in what they can do. |

| Tara deMontmorency comes to HealthSouth with more than 15 years of experience in communications, with an emphasis in advertising, public speaking, media relations and marketing. A Kern County native, she grew up in the Tehachapi Mountains and received her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in Ohio. DeMontmorency is proud to call Kern County home, where she resides with her two kids. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, and camping. |

| Robert joined HealthSouth Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital in April of 2000 and brings more than 20 years of finance and operational experience; 15 of those years have been spent in the health care field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from National American University. |

| Bob joined the HealthSouth team in 2007, bringing with him more than 30 years of plant operations experience. Bob began his career in hospital security and transitioned to plant operations director in 1988. His extensive experience within California makes him an asset to the Bakersfield team. He oversees the environment of care, as well as disaster preparedness for the hospital. Bob is happily married and father to seven children. He enjoys playing softball in his spare time. |

| Amy Scroggs joined HealthSouth Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital in 2009, bringing with her more than 17 years of clinical healthcare and management expertise. She received her RN degree in Dallas, TX and is currently in school studying HealthCare Administration. |

| Debra joined the HealthSouth Team in 2003 and brings more than 10 years of health care experience to HealthSouth, including experience in medical staff credentialing. She has expert knowledge of Title 22, CMS Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission Standards. She has a bachelor’s degree from California State University Bakersfield. This Bakersfield native is happily married and is the mother of two wonderful boys. |

| Tami is the director of human resources at HealthSouth in Bakersfield. She has been with HealthSouth for more than seven years and has had the unique benefit of working from the ground up. Tami stated as a nursing assistant and has worked in several departments in the hospital. After completing her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from the University of Laverne, Tami transitioned her career toward human resources and was promoted to her current position in 2005. |
